Chick-fil-A tops all competitors!

“The Lord’s chicken” triumphs as best fast food chain in 34 states, despite not being open on Sundays.

“LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee and Papa Murphy’s deserve special mentions for topping four states each — particularly since LaMar’s is only operational in five states. Chick-fil-A was first founded in 1946 by the late S. Truett Cathy, a Southern Baptist whose religious beliefs influenced the company’s values.

According to the Cold Wire, there are many reasons for the fast food chain’s popularity. The dining experience and quality of the food rank high on that list, as they should. But, people also appreciate that the company cultivates “healthy employee relationships and company culture harvested in the restaurant.”

The positivity encouraged in the workplace translates to excellent customer service, characterized by the standard employee response to customers of “My pleasure.”

The restaurant keeps a low price point and they are available everywhere. The company also provides in-depth manager training and places a high value on nutrition and animal welfare.

“Chick-fil-A has made a promise to its consumers to raise its chickens completely cage-free within the next ten years.” This compassion for animals may be why Chick-fil-A has also been voted the favorite restaurant of Gen Z consumers according to The New York Post.

According to Chick-fil-A’s own website, their mission is “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.”

From employees to customers across the nation, they appear to be fulfilling that mission, one order at a time. Were they winners in your state? Maybe tonight is a great night for take-out.
