The key to this verse is not about the literal mountains falling, but rather the feeling of having the rug pulled out from under us.

In every situation we can offer up our worries to God and say “let me be at peace, knowing that this is in Your hands."

We don’t need to have time or money for a retreat in order to rest up, recharge, and bring a sense of peace back into our lives.
