The official Heisman Trophy Trust has reacted to O.J. Simpson's death, and some football fans are filled with disbelief.

O.J. Simpson told fans his health was "good" in a social media post on X just two months before he died from cancer.

Princess Kate announces she has cancer, telling others fighting the disease "please do not lose faith or hope. You are not alone."

"I know that we're never given more than we can handle and that she is going to crush this," the former NFL star said.

"Just when you think everything is fine and you get an all clear, cancer does an end-run," Somers' husband said.

Jimmy Buffett's sister reveals what was going on in the family when her brother received his cancer diagnosis four years ago.

"I didn't lose her; I know where she is," Schneider said in an interview this week. "And I know where I'm going."

"The lowest point is maybe six weeks after the diagnosis when it really sinks in. You’re gonna have to say goodbye to your family."
