Krispy Kreme Drops "Perfect Treat to Spoil Your Pup"
Want to celebrate National Dog Day with your pup, but don’t want to give them the same old dog treat? No problem, Krispy Kreme has got you covered by offering up Doggie Doughnuts, for a limited time at participating locations in the U.S. on August 26th.
According to the doughnut shop, Krispy Kreme’s Doggie Doughnuts will include six doughnut-shaped biscuits that are inspired by their classic Krispy Kreme doughnuts, and will be available in a specially designed six-count box for purchase in-shop and drive-thru.
“Our dogs have given us so much love and comfort to help us through these last couple of years. They deserve this special treat,” said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme. “On National Dog Day this Friday, give your furry friend something pawsome.”

The special occasion doughnuts were created by Huds and Toke, an Australia-based company that specializes in artisan baked pet treats. They are not only dog friendly, but also specifically designed for all dogs, regardless of age and size.
Doggie Doughnuts are made with human-grade ingredients, including peanut butter and Carob, a chocolate substitute often used in gourmet dog treats.
Want your pup to be the bark of the neighborhood? Krispy Kreme will also have their tail wagging this weekend with a limited-edition red bandana, featuring a pattern of dogs, bones and doughnuts, a design that any doughnut-loving pup would drool over.
Krispy Kreme dog bandanas come in a one size fits most, and will be available at all participating locations, while supplies last.
